- W2R will invoice clients off of the following transport information:
– C & D transport by Rail (landfill disposal) – Invoices generated off Pacific National’s weighbridge
– GSW Soil transported by Rail (landfill disposal) – Invoices generated off Pacific National’s weighbridge
– C & D transport by Road (recycling) – Invoices generated off recycling facilities weigh-bridge

- Client dockets/reports are required tbe emailed daily tadmin@w2r.com.au

- Price includes all transport, handling fees, unloading, recycling and disposal cost in QLD

- All prices given are excluding GST

- A fuel surcharge of 6.0% is included, as set by Pacific National. W2R prices for transport by rail are adjusted to allow for fluctuating fuel surcharges as advised by Pacific National with a 30-day notice period
- Prices allow 1.5 hours to load, loading times exceeding 1.5 hours attract a demurrage rate at $110.00 per hour

- Client will provide W2R with adequate notice of cancellation of prescheduled waste pickup. “Adequate Notice” is defined as 3 hours. Clients will be charged $ 350 for each cancellation, when less than 3 hours’ notice is provided

- Client will only dispose of material that is construction and demolition waste and GSW soil, classed as general solid waste in NSW (EPA Waste Classification Guidelines), and confirms that all material is inert by nature and consists mainly of building and demolition waste, free from asbestos and any other known hazardous waste and contaminants (refer t‘Waste Streams’ below)

- W2R has a zertolerance policy for non-compliance of prohibited waste streams, and accepts zero responsibility or liability for the presence of prohibited waste streams within consignments transported by W2R

- Any charges incurred by W2R for transporting prohibited material waste material e.g. tires, will be passed onto the client along with an administration charge

- Payment terms are strictly 30 Day Net (subject to credit approval)

- EPA OWT tracking – Client is responsible for generating all consignment templates and transport reports for each consignment which must be given tW2R drivers with each load. Transport reports must be sent to transporter (W2R) within 3 days of pickup

- All penalty costs incurred by W2R due to missing documentation will be at the expense of the client.
- Client will notify W2R of complaints, accidents or near misses within 24 hours. Complaints can be reported verbally, but must be supported with written documentation within 48 hours
